We started as a casting products manufacturer. From the year of 2000, we started to develop and manufacture shredding equipment, in the first phase, we developed waste rubber shredding system that is used to make 40-60 mesh rubber powder under ambient process, as of 2003, we were focused on waste tire recycling process equipment, through long time research and study of both oversea and domestic systems, we developed a high performance system of the least process stages. Especially, Double Hook Debeader, Tire Shredder, Tire Cutter and Tire Grinder from the system are patented as new invention and new design. To the year of 2009, a PLC computerized control system was tailored, the whole operation of the system are controlled and monitored by CPU sensors to ensure steady and safe daily production.
